RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Trendy Technology will refund the amount of the purchase price on all merchandise returned that is UNOPENED and in a condition as for us to resell. No refunds will be made on merchandise that has been opened!

All purchases carry a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise. This includes any item bought with a discount offered by Trendy Technology. Shipping Charges are not refunded under any circumstances.

Defective merchandise will be replaced and shipped to customer (if necessary) at no charge to the customer. This does not include defective merchandise that was caused by neglect, accidental damage or any other fault of the end user. Trendy Technology reserves the right to determine the cause of damage and will have final determination as to the amount or how the refund will be handled.
